The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Fish, other Water Living Resources and Food Produce from them" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No. 2297) excludes a number of definitions and phrases from the Law "On Fish, other Water Living Resources and Food Produce", namely: definition of the term "food production lot" (Article 1), and the phrases "conformance certificate or certificate of foreign certificate recognition in Ukraine (for imported production)" and "conformance certificate or certificate of foreign certificate recognition" (Articles 8 and 10).

In case the Bill is adopted, a conformance certificate or certificate of foreign certificate recognition in Ukraine (for imported production) will not be required.
